Core Cardio & Balance
What a nice way to start off the week. This workout is a pretty low key rest time. It's cardio with a LOT of resting. I enjoyed the last 10 minutes of balance exercising. And I enjoyed working out with my exhausted son who just came back from hockey practice.
What an accomplishment...29 straight days. There is no doubt you can do whatever you set your mind to that's for sure ;)
ReplyDeletePeople seeking a flatter and more sexy lower abdomen have been bombarded with hundreds of abdominal exercise machines, gadgets and get slim gimmicks which tend to confuse rather than benefit.
