Day 29

Core Cardio & Balance

What a nice way to start off the week.  This workout is a pretty low key rest time.  It's cardio with a LOT of resting.  I enjoyed the last 10 minutes of balance exercising.  And I enjoyed working out with my exhausted son who just came back from hockey practice.

  2. People seeking a flatter and more sexy lower abdomen have been bombarded with hundreds of abdominal exercise machines, gadgets and get slim gimmicks which tend to confuse rather than benefit.
