Sweet Cardio Recovery. How I love thee.
My son decided he wanted to start doing Insanity with me. He knows that if we do it early enough (before his bed time) he is allowed to join in. I felt pretty cool with my little Insanity family and all of our yoga mats lined up. I'm a very lucky girl.
