Day 19

Cardio Power & Resistance


It's humid here right now.  Rainy and stormy.  That means that the workouts are more sweaty and drippy.   I felt like a leaky faucet.  Somebody call the PLUMBER!

The workout tonight came with a few obstacles like waking children/crying children.

Tomorrow is day 20!  I've been looking forward to that number.  It's a sign of commitment and No Turning Back-ness!

  1. I did the Pure Cardio today. It was my first time...unlike you I am not that fit to begin with. It kicked my butt. I only was able to do, like, 1/3 of it and I discovered a new muscle in my back because it HURTS :) I'm glad to find this so I can see Insanity from another person's perspective!

  2. Pure Cardio is a rough one. Once you get into moth 2, you'll be begging for Pure Cardio again ;) Keep up the good work. You'll notice quick changes if you keep at it.
