Plyo Cardio Circuit & Rest Day
I LOVE this part of the journey. Day 20 deserves multiple exclamation points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 20 to be exact.
We pushed ourselves harder than ever today.
I need to let you all in on a little secret. I am going away next month so I am actually going to be switching up my exercises to work around my trip. I'm not making it any easier for myself though. I plan on skipping rest week and going straight into month 2. While I'm away I will insert "beach yoga" and gym workouts as my Rest Week. I only have a few more "sleeps" to get this body beach ready.
