Day 16

Plyo Cardio Circuit

I'm pretty happy with todays workout.  

As I've said before, I really enjoy the first half and have despised the second half of this particular one.  I despise it because I just can't get a handle on those flipping side-to-sides and in-and-outs.  Today I decided to try and do them right.  I kept my butt down and brought my legs in farther.  I was landing on my feet and holding my full body weight with my legs instead of my hands.  The trick was to go at my own pace.  Even though I went slower, I think I worked myself harder because I did it properly.  Maybe that's why Shaun T says, "Don't compromise your form".

Once again I pushed play!
