Day 13 & 14 (Rest Day)

Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs

Reminder to myself:  Michelle, you have done this before.  You can do it again and do it BETTER.  You know the drills and therefore are not allowed to slack off.  DIG DEEP.

One break.  All I took was one little break.  I am proud.

Monday is fit test #2.  I'm frightened and excited.
