Day 8

Cardio Power And Resistance

Today we started week 2.  One week down.  Because yesterday was a rest day, I was rearing to go.  It killed me to not work out yesterday but I decided the rest would help me push harder this week. 

My eight year old did the ENTIRE work out with us.  He often jumps in when he thinks it looks fun.  But today he did all of it with us.  He actually was kicking our butts at the end because he isn't a fatigued  old person.

Things I've noticed today:
1.  I can do more pushups than last week.
2.  It's HARD to workout with a chest cold
3.  We've totally ruined our carpet in the basement because of BeachBody.  I should write them and tell them to replace it.
