Day 6 & Day 7 (Rest Day)

Plyo Cardio Circuit

Rockin' the Circuit Old School.  

I LOVE the first part of this workout with all of it's intense cardio intervals.  I don't feel the same sort of "love" for the second part which includes suicides and plank-type exercises.  Not a big fan of the total exhaustion that seems to set in while doing the second set of those and knowing there is another one to come.
