Again. AHHHHHH... That shizzz is tough. I was too tired to even make my numbers.

Cardio Recovery.
I <3 you Cardio Recovery. Much Needed. Lots of streaching but still made me sweat.

Cardio Power & Resistance.
Lots of pushups. I'm getting there. My goal: To pump out pushups like a man (well, like my man at least)

Day 2. March 1
Plyometric Cardio Circuit.
It is as insane as it sounds. Jumping, leaping... pure craziness. Hubby joined me which makes me kill myself even more. At the end of this day, I was not walking normal.

Day 1. Feb 28
Pure Cardio.
It was the hardest workout of my LIFE. I did however become excited for what's to come. DIGGING DEEPER.

This is from my Fit Test on Sunday Feb 27. The program actually starts on a Monday but I was far too excited to wait a day. I wanted to PUKE. It was ridiculous. I know that I look sad but I was exhausted.
