Sew What?

Found this cutie pie sewing table off of.... drum role please.... KIJIJI. Big surprise, I know!  10 bucks!  I was in need of a table for my guest room/ craft space in which I could sew and a sewing table seemed the perfect fit.

He are my issues with this table:

1.  My machine does not have the all mighty universal hooks that are supposed to support it to a sewing table.  Go figure.

2.  The hole for my sewing machine to fit down into is too small on the table.  Therefore, even if it had these fantastic "hooks", it would NOT have fit without me taking the jig saw to it.

So, the machine is NOT being tucked neatly away inside the table.  I am okay with this.  I was happy as long as I came up with a way to still use it as a sewing table in the same room that the actual sewing machine is stored.  Don't hold your breath too long.  I got it all figured out.  I know you were all in such suspense.  HA.  As if you didn't already see the pictures.

Don't mock my fantastically old, 10 times painted chair.  It has a lot of... ummm... shall we say... CHARM.
