Final Fit Test
I did it! I made it to the end.
NO skipped days. Every single workout... every minute of each one. Did the entire insanity Program in the total order that was planned.
I'm not sure I'm ready to dig into round 2 of Insanity just yet. I do however have the 20 minute Fast & Furious Insanity workout by Shaun T and I hoping that will become my new obsession.

Weight Loss: -7.5 lbs
Reduced body fat by 10% (I kid you NOT)

ReplyDeleteWow! Congratulations!! I'm totally green-eyed with envy that you skipped NO workouts! I've been doing Insanity for almost 6 months now (final week of Round Three begins tomorrow) and I still cannot summon the strength to get through the programme without sickness breaks (damn colds!!). So, I take my hat off to you and say 'well done!' and good luck for whatever you do next. AWESOME results!
