Today I did Fast & Furious Insanity by Shaun T. If you don't have the time or the $$$ to put into the full insanity program, I would highly recommend this DVD. One workout. 20 minutes long. It is hard!!! Even as an insanity graduate (I like the sound of that) I had to take a break in the middle.
Looking forward to doing this for a while and getting back to the gym. My plan is to do Fast & Furious 20 times in between my gym days. It's my own little hybrid program!
