Day 46

Day 46.  April 14
Max Recovery

This has a lot of yoga-ness to it.  I enjoy yoga and I enjoyed this workout.  

It's not a super sweaty workout because there is no cardio.  The entire workout is done from a mat.  In my case, the entire workout was done with a Matt.  Ha.  I crack myself up!

Apparently it's not all bad if I am still wearing my earrings and my hair is up with a big clip instead of an elastic.
