I've decided that working out in the morning is great. Working out by myself STINKS! I don't push as hard when I'm by myself. I was tired because I didn't give myself much of a break between workouts. By the time the stretch came at the end... I just threw myself across the floor and didn't move. I must have pushed myself somewhat to get that exhausted by the end.
