Day 3

Power Cardio Resistance

I feel pretty good about this workout.  The second round of insanity really puts things into perspective.  I know how excruciatingly awful month 2 is so I'm pretty happy to be in month 1.  Though... my muscles are rock hard and that is not "in a good way".  More like rock hard in a "I can't get up the stairs" sort of way.  Once we pushed through the warm up and loosened them up, it was slightly easier.
