PUSH it- Push it real good

Along with the Cleanse, I have also been hitting up the gym (as often as possible)

I met up with a friend at the gym on Wednesday and we pushed each other like Personal Trainers.  No crapping out when someone is looking over your shoulder counting your reps!  Definitely a great way to work out.

We also decided to do Body Pump together the next day.  I've been doing body pump for a while now and I knew that I really needed to up a lot of my weights.  When one notices this, one must PUSH themselves.  I did this so hard, in fact, that I was shaking like a leaf.  At one point, I tripled the weight I usually use and couldn't make it through the entire song.  I might have taken my obsession with pushing myself a little too far.

I'm feeling it today and walking a little funny.  This is a good sign!
