I've been consistent with my new workout schedule and I'm having fun doing something that I have created. The best part is that I have created flexibility for myself. I've decided that as long as I am staying active, it will count as my workout for the day. My schedule is simply a guideline. So, if I feel like running a 5k instead of going to the gym then I will.
Hubby and I did Plyometric Cardio Circuit tonight. We were sweating so perfusely. It was a messy pool of insanity in the basement! My ponytail started normal and straight. It ended in an 80s inspired side ponytail. Tres chic.
