Yoga break


After finishing todays Fast & Furious I have come to the conclusion that I may just need to take a break.  I think I need to listen to my body and take a little break from the cardio.  I'm noticing that my knees are swollen and my neck seems to be a bit strained.  So what I'm going to do is focus in yoga for the rest of the week.  

I've done three Fast & Furious workouts now.  It's great but I'm taking my time.  I've been to the gym in between and even did Ab Ripper X from P90X on the weekend.  It's like the greatest Ab workout ever created I SWEAR!  I'm still feeling it.

Goal for this today is to see how much water I can drink without flavor!  ha
