I was so excited to go do yoga at the gym today. My back was tight and I was ready to get er all loosened up! I <3 YOGA! Concentrating on my breathing and getting nice and deep into the stretch really takes me to that happy place!
The sun is presently shining and I am thinking of golf. I can't wait to get out this summer! Yoga is great for golfers. You can seriously injure yourself while golfing. Make sure you are nice and stretched out before hand. I prefer the length of 9 hole courses but I love the fancy courses that offer to bring you an espresso while out on the middle of the course. I don't refer to myself as a high maintenance gal but I don't mind being catered to every once in a while.

These are shout outs to people that I've noticed (through facebook) have made some great active changes this year. I get so inspired by hearing about them or reading their status updates about working out.
1. Sarah Swinamer- (Husbands cousins wife) Pretty sure she's not afraid to try anything! Always inspired by what she is doing now and trying out! Right now she is doing Zumba. Love Zumba... the one time I tried it.
2. Tamara Klebert- Now this is a bit of a "heard it through the great vine" but apparently this girl has made some huge changes with the 30 Day Shred. And her hubby is doing P90X along side of her.
3. Alicia Berruti I'm amazed by this one! The latest picture of her on FB and she is looking super fit. She's working her way through Insanity right now.
