Day 37

Day 37.  April 5
Max Interval Plyo

LOVED IT!  Hard as heck but it made me feel alive after yesterdays workout.  I've learned that I have a thing for plyo.

It's going to take some getting used to now that the workouts are longer.  I don't love that part.  They are a good 20 minutes longer each workout.  

Continuing to dig deep.
