Core Cardio & Balance
First time doing this workout. I enjoyed it and am happy that there is still a lot of cardio involved. My hip flexors are on fire!!!!
This weekend, I came in contact with some friends that I haven't seen for a few weeks. Many of them noticed a change in me physically but the exciting part is the change that is happening all through me.
Last night I had some time with my lovely sister in law and she was talking about the change that she sees in my attitude and my confidence. She has always been an encouragement to me and I am blessed to have her in my life!!!
Confidence is a funny thing. Sometimes we "think" we have it and try to punch through life putting up a confident front. It has little to do with what others think of us or how we look. We tend to think of confidence as aggressive and conceited. I've learned that confidence is not about being outgoing and thinking you are amazing. Confidence is often having a calmness and seeing how amazing other people are. It's almost as though we stop obsessing over ourselves and we are just content in our identity.
