Plyometric Cardio Circuit
I made it through without stopping. Can I get an A-MEN? One more week of this "easy" stuff and then on to my rest week. What's to come after that? All the same stuff but on steroids. Speaking of steroids. I know that I'm looking really buff and all but it's all natural baby. I don't do drugs.
